1620 Brew House - Provincetown
Built in the heart of Provincetown, the 1620 Brew House was designed and built to provide visitor and locals with a “different” experience. Much of the design influence came from the 100 year old reclaimed oak boards that were pulled from a cotton mill in Alabama. The challenge was to create an inviting and cozy feel in an industrial pub atmosphere. Reclaimed oak flanks the walls and bar and is complimented by brick walls, mahogany ceilings, and custom built black iron light fixtures, foot rails, and tap rack. Custom mahogany pergolas were built on the street side patios to provide patrons with shade on hot summer days. The walls of the vaulted ceiling will be adorned in the winter of 2017 with a mural of Provincetown and its history.
Gibson Road - Orleans
This four bedroom home was designed with equal attention to privacy and entertaining. The Master bedroom provides his and her own private walk in closets and bathrooms. The large kitchen is open to the living room and breakfast nook flanked with large glass sliders leading to a back deck and patio area. The second floor carries another master suite, two quest rooms, and large bonus room above the garage. The lower level is home to a theater, a gym, and a wine room. Ten foot ceilings on the first and a vaulted foyer and master bedroom create a real sense of volume. Specific considerations were made during the design process to provide ample living space while maintaining an understated exterior façade. Elaborate exterior window casings and trim details were kept to a minimum allowing the bold contrasting colors and natural materials to provide the aesthetics. The interior boast shaker panel wainscoting, full inset custom cabinetry, marble tile and counters, ornate door and window casings, and a grand foyer staircase.
